There have been no significant facilities enhancements at any OUSD high school in 40 years.OUSD high schools need $199 million in facility repairs…and that number will be $267 million in ten years.
Fred Kelly Stadium is being evaluated as part of the El Modena site planning discussions.
It is projected that without facilities enhancements, structures at Fred Kelly will need major renovation or demolition within 10 years.
Safety and ADA issues have been identified at the stadium.
