massed practice (.71). One of the most critical factors to ensure training transforms to best and next teaching
practices, the Mindset work of Carol Dweck will be used to support the transition to 21st century teaching and
learning. This will ensure everyone will reach high expectations, develop assessment capable students, provide
successful peer interactions, and a focus on the total learning and growth mindset of student success.
In an effort to minimize redundancy and to establish more precise LCAP goals, goals, 4, 5, and 6 were condensed to
reflect new Goal 2.
